All bookings here are made with Memorial Trip company are the entire agreement between the customer and Company. By making a booking with us and/or depositing payments with us for any tour and travel services you confirm that you carefully read, understood and accepted the below mentioned 'Terms of Services'.

Booking T&C

On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Memorial Trip, A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

Health

Before you travel, please make sure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all the necessary vaccination documentation.

Flight Booking

It is your responsibility to contact the Airlines, Railways or Bus prior to traveling to ensure the scheduled departure time has not changed. The full payment is required at the time of booking of tickets for Train, Flight or Bus.

Note

In case of bookings for special Train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks, Traffic Jams, Floods etc to be borne by the client directly on the spot.

Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability.

• Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability or Payment.

• Please carry a valid Identity proof (Passport, Driving License, adhar card etc.) as they are required during check-In at Hotel (PAN Card is not Valid).

Mode of Payments

One can make the payment using any of the following methods:

•  

  • By Debit/Credit Card Online

• By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft

• By Bank Transfer (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS)

• ATM Fund transfer.

Package Booking Policy

• To Confirm the booking 30% of the Total Cost has to be pay advance as a token amount.

• Remaining 30% after Package Voucher.

• Remaining 40% before 7 days of departure.

Cancelation Policy

• The Token Amount i.e. 30% of the total cost is non-refundable.

• Cancellation within 30 days of Travel date, 40% of the total Cost is charged as a Retension Charges.

• Cancellation within 15 days of Travel date, 70% of the total Cost is charged as a Retension Charges.

• Cancellation within 10 days of Travel date, 100% of the total Cost is charged as a Retension Charges.
